The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff are consistently courteous and superbly friendly. Perfect location right next to the concert venue. Reasonably large room with amenities like a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets provided. Outstanding breakfast meals are served.

The location is just across the river and offers great views. The staff is incredibly nice and provided excellent service during our stay. The room was updated and modern, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

I loved the room with huge bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were amicable and accommodating, and the services were excellent. The location was marvellous, very close to other stores and fuel and the other local casino's.

The price and location. Close to the concert we were atttending.

The day was 2-29-12. They had a special that day - $2.29 for the eat-up buffet. $2.29 for appetizers in the Grill/bar. The entire place was over crowded. Escalators didn't work on the parking lot and in the area leading up to the buffet.

The staff was attentive during the entire stay.

The Bathroom Stool on the out side was dirty and needed cleaned. But you could only see this if the were in the bathtub or leaned over to look at it.

The room we stayed in was a top-notch king room with a good-sized bathroom. The staff here were super attentive the whole time 💯.

Very bad customer service. Got woken up at 12:15am because of a question that could have been settled over the phone. Next morning as I checked out, I asked to speak with front desk supervisor about the 12:15am phone call but had to leave a message asking for her to call me back. The next day I still had not heard from her so I left another voice message. I have still not received a phone call from her.

This venue offers a comfortable stay at a good price with modern, well-kept rooms equipped with central heating, pay TV, and a safe big enough for a laptop.

The room I booked was top-notch and newly remodeled with a huge bathroom, just as I had expected.
